Information on complaint management at AHP Capital Management GmbH

Dear customer,

the satisfaction of our customers stands for us in the first place. Should you nevertheless have any reason for criticism or complaint, we will gladly give you the opportunity to contact us. For this reason, we have set up a complaints office for you. Here you can inform us of your request at any time. We will forward this to the responsible office within AHP Capital Management GmbH.
We will acknowledge receipt of each complaint immediately and process it promptly. In addition, we will inform you about the further procedure regarding your complaint. Should there be unplanned waiting times, we will give you an interim reply. Of course, the processing is free of charge for you.

We store and use the personal data transmitted in connection with a complaint exclusively for the processing of your complaint as well as for the fulfilment of legal storage obligations and for the observance of possible disclosure obligations.
