Provision of investment brokerage services under the liability of AHP Capital Management GmbH
 AXON EU GmbH provides its services in the investment brokerage of financial instruments within the meaning of Section 2 clause 2 no. 3 of the German Securities Institutions Act (Wertpapierinstitutsgesetz - WpIG) exclusively for the account and under the liability of AHP Capital Management GmbH. In this respect, AXON EU GmbH acts as a tied agent of AHP Capital Management GmbH pursuant to Section 3 clause 2 WpIG. AHP Capital Management GmbH is licensed by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) pursuant to Section 15 clause 1 WpIG and, as a securities institution, is permitted by BaFin to provide investment brokerage and investment advisory services within the meaning of Section 2 clause 2 no. 3 and no. 4 WpIG without acquiring ownership or possession of funds or securities of clients or to acquire or sell financial instruments for its own account.
