Frank Ackermann, Managing Partner of AHP, i.a. responsible for structuring capital market products, has built up the credit-related investment products business for several international banks in London and Frankfurt and developed innovative investment concepts for institutional clients. In 2011, Frank Ackermann founded AHP Capital Management GmbH, which, as a BaFin-regulated company, structures capital market products, especially for scale-up companies, and assumes liability roof functions for network partners. He is the co-founder of the 2017 SDG INVESTMENTS GmbH, which emerged from the AHP, which as a FinTech platform conveys sustainable investments between project initiators and institutional investors.

Frank Rothauge, CFA, has been the managing partner of AHP since 2013 and is also responsible for compliance. As founder of the Aristoteles GmbH he determines the strategy of the AHP Aristotle Fund. For 12 years until April 2010, he led the TMT Research of Sal. Oppenheim and was awarded several times as the best telecommunications analyst in Germany. Until October 2013, he was Director of Strategic Advisory at Berenberg Bank, responsible for corporate finance consulting for technology, IT, media and telecoms (TMT) clients. He brings over 20 years of research and investment banking experience and over 40 capital market transactions, IPOs and M & A transactions.
Origination and business model analysis / consulting of institutional investors
Lars Hunsche (MBA), managing partner of the AHP, is u.a. responsible for the business model analysis of new projects and for the expansion of the institutional investor network. Lars Hunsche has over 20 years of experience in advising institutional clients. as Managing Director of Moody's Analytics GmbH in Frankfurt. Mr. Hunsche started his career after studying in the USA at KMV in San Francisco. Following Moody's acquisition of KMV, Mr. Hunsche worked in London and Frankfurt, where he was responsible for the customer-oriented development of models for the fair value measurement of credit risks and advising institutional clients in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Benelux and Scandinavia. Lars Hunsche is co-founder of the 2017 SDG INVESTMENTS GmbH, which was formed from AHP.
Jochen Schmidt has more than 20 years of experience servicing Equity Capital Markets transactions and Mergers & Acquisitions for TMT companies. The lawyer and banker began his career in 1987 with M.M. Warburg, 1993 he moved to the industry to Jenoptik AG. During his playing career as an investment banker he was a reliable companion at Sal. Oppenheim from 1996 to 2010 and until the end of 2016 at Berenberg as Managing Director for many start-ups and entrepreneurs in the digital world. Jochen Schmidt has accompanied and supervised more than 200 capital market and M & A transactions. Today, he advises young companies on the implementation of financing rounds and exit scenarios. He is currently a senior advisor at numerous companies.
